Double U Advisors is built on a foundation of big-picture strategy, leadership development, real-world experience and a willingness to get into the weeds.
With a corporate background in the Big Four, large companies, and various industries, Jamie now brings her expertise to organizations of all sizes, helping business leaders unlock their potential through workshops, training, and facilitation. Whether you lead an enterprise organization, a publicly listed corporation, or a growing business, Double U helps you level up your learning, leadership, and results.
Jamie has experienced both failure and success. Together, she can help you and your team unravel chaos and leadership through execution. Jamie knows that regardless of the size of your business, chances are you are running lean teams. Theory, consulting and advice won’t be impactful without action. Before launching Double U, Jamie was the Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Amplify Advisors Inc., where she played a pivotal role in scaling the firm to nearly 50 employees, generating multi-million-dollar revenue, and securing over 80 clients on annual contracts. As a Business Owner, she wore many hats over her seven years. She led culture, values, and Client Experience from day one while serving as an executive leader, Visionary, and head of multiple departments—including Finance Leader Services (Fractional CFO/Controller), Recruiting Services, and Growth. She also led marketing and human resources during her tenure.
In mid-2025, Jamie transitioned from Amplify to focus on investing in various opportunities and launching Double U. At Double U, she continues her mission: helping business leaders build strong, confident teams that drive real results.
Through proven strategies and hands-on experience, Jamie empowers organizations to embrace holistic, sustainable growth. Amplify sparked her passion for small and medium-sized businesses, and with Double U, she is moving beyond financial strategy and expanding her impact, helping leaders build thriving teams and stronger companies. She can also return to her roots and assist Enterprise clients and their teams.
In 2025, Jamie attended a session by Geoff Woods on AI-Driven Leadership. It drove the creation of Double U Advisors’ service offerings. After the conference, she quickly began experimenting with and exploring the potential of Fractional Leadership, AI and Connection. In the past, she believed that at $20 million, most organizations had outgrown Fractional Leadership and could achieve a return on investment by hiring full-time employees. With AI Technology Collaborator and custom-designed AI agents for senior leadership, that benchmark has shifted. Jamie believes it could be over double the size that it was without the technology. The cumulative experience of a Fractional Leader, combined with the power of AI and values-based decision-making, provides small and medium-sized businesses with even greater access to strategic leadership for a more extended period.
Jamie believes that the day of transactional businesses is behind us. Connection differentiates employers and businesses. Connection can include relationships, customer-centric approaches, customer experience, and value-based models, all areas that Double U trains on.
